It’s possible.
someone got a newish imac with an unsupported ATI card to work with OpenCL gpu acceleration.
The txt file to modify is buried in the cs 6 app.
google it if you’d like to try.

I used to do that in after effects with phantom 1,000fps clips.

I’m looking at replacing my LHe with a black magic Decklink Studio, but
I might need 2k/4k to 1080 monitoring the way the Kona 3 does for feature editing. -
