import the .xml to final cut, then export an .xml from final cut.
maybe.
That was an xml problem work around some have used, though
not specific to your workflow. -
if you see 8 tracks and they are enabled and not muted, they “should”
export with the omf. -
I had a problem with a 45 minute sequence which was multicam
getting it into an .omf for pro tools. It would export just fine
but most of the audio was missing in pro tools once imported.I’m running the MAC version of CS 6
To get around this:
Make sure audition is updated to latest version.
from premiere “send it” to audition.
once thats done, hopefully without errors, export an .omf from audition.
That’s what solved it for me. Pro Tools then imported everything properly.

This is it in a nutshell:
For anything SD you want the video bitrate at 5,000 kbps
For anything HD 10,000 kbps.
This is straight from the youtube white papers on recommended
encoding settings. -
In premiere preferences the audio hardware output needs
to be set for: system default input/output
There might be another audio preference that has to be set to
that as well (in premiere)You might have to go to os x preferences and set input/output
for decklink.My decklink studio is in sync on both program monitor and external.

Is your EFI firmware up to date?
Also maybe reset the PRAM if you haven’t already.
That might be the cause of your system hanging on the
reboot after upgrading. -

I have an NX5U.
when i import the way jeff suggests, some of the .mts files don’t import.
I then have to manually copy them over.
hope this is fixed in CC

I have the same situation with gopro footage.
It’s a personal project, so I’ll just wait for CC release.
