In the top drop down box on the deliver page, chose FCP xml roundtrip
Render your clips out with unique filenames and local versions of any linked clips (very important step)!!
When that is done go to conform page, right click the timeline you are working on and export xml..
Open the xml in FCP 7 and there you have it..

I know this post is very old now but this may help people of the future!!
Parallel nodes surely?
Add a serial node, then a parallel node, and in the mix node that appears after the two, right click in it and scroll to composite and choose your blend type..
I presume that is what you are referring to?
