I’m having the same problem. I didn’t have this problem in AE CS3 or CS4 but for some reason I can’t view/manipulate individual layers of a photoshop file in After Effects CS5.

Yes, I have individual layers in the PSD.

Same exact problem. I can’t find a solution anywhere! Can anyone help out?
