I tinkered around a bit more. Sometimes all you need is some fresh air and a fresh perspective. So for anyone else who might have looked at this:

select the track, go to the inspector, under the General tab, there is a section for remote control. Select the Menu options, go to the menu you want the track to jump to. Repeat for each track.
