instead of uninstalling with the uninstaller try going to the cinema file location and delete the whole folder manually and then run the installer and install cinema 4d again. i had that problem and that’s how i fixed it, good luck (sorry for my bad English)

i have every thing done correctly as you said but i still get frames cut off when i render (it renders 95 frames out of 150, i don’t know why)
