Solved!. Installed CS5.5 and exported a troubled segment with no problems, hopefully It will do the same with the whole project.

Todd: When I remove the suspect clip, it does the same with another one.
I’ve never had an issue with same kind of projects in the past. These clips don’t even have a color correction fx.

Bob. The project has already three sequences and yes, my I7 worked it out just fine but all my resources are in my Mac pro. Besides I hate to accept that I spent 4X on my Mac pro than my PC for half the performance.
