    I have to say I tried this uploading a Pro Res 422 version and a H.264 version of a trailer and saw much less compression and artifacts on the pro res version. Both were 1080p, I used the youtube h.264 preset for premiere and the pro res 422 preset downloaded for adobe media encoder.
