Thanks so much! I knew it was achieved by some type of overexposed method, but with digital film it’s a lot different. Thanks again for the help/advice.

thanks! i figured i couldn’t do it in a screen capture i just didn’t really know how to go about creating something like that in illustrator. any advice?
