    What my real problem was/is if you don’t
    save as the project (running Red from FCP)
    before setting up the chroma key (or I think
    doing any sort of edit) it does not save the
    project file name whereever it keeps it so when
    you quit Red and render in FCP it does not use
    thoes setting, but rather does what seems to be
    a default effect.

    Yes it happens every time I add a chroma
    key filter. I’ll have to check the Open G/L
    preview, but the first time I started Boris Red
    it told me that my card was not compatable with
    Open G/L and was disableing it.

    The problem is that I can’t find the lock
    icon. When I have a chance I will try the spline
    though. Thank you.
