Yes, it definitely looks wider. There is a circle design in the menu, and after exporting, it doesn’t look like a perfect circle. When opening the video in QT, it says that it’s 720×404 in the inspector. What I’m thinking is that my Photoshop image isn’t the correct aspect ratio…
And yes, I created it in FCP with a 720×480 timeline, and then exported using Compressor to m2v. I’m not exactly an FCP expert, so I don’t actually know what a ProRes codec is, or how to implement it.
