I like to make movies, to study the Bible, to fly ultralights, to play the guitar, to write and record music. I really like to take time off for vacation with my wife and 2 children.
I have been with the Mac since the “Fat” Mac (1985) and currently own a MacPro and 2 G5’s. I also have 2 MacBooks. I still use some Firewire 800 but have migrated mostly to eSATA drives and have about 8T on line. I using removable drives so I can store video from my P2 system since there is no tape. I shoot with a Panasonic HPX300. I have been producing local commercials and industrials for about 27 years and have 8 long form movies on the market. My documentary areas of interest are Ultralight Flying and Muscle Cars.

I have my trusty Gibson SG and my Daughter’s Strat that she lets me use. I have a Taylor Acoustic (I don’t remember the type but it sounds great). I also bought an Ibanez Bass a couple years ago to lay down tracks. I am still using a DigiTech RP5 for my guitar sound but I’m ready to move into something more modern sounding – higher bit rate. I record everything into the board through a US-122 analog/digital interface. I use a Shure KSM 44 for vocals and acoustic guitar recording. I have Sennheiser wireless mikes for field talent recording and a Sennheiser shotgun for talent and wild sound. I use SoundTrack Pro for mixing.
