Oh worked it out, all I need to do is changed Media from V1 to V2 and bang it works fine 🙂

Thanks Peter, yeah I am using the transition effect. The effect does work but it only affects the incoming portion of the clip. Maybe that’s normal function. I notice in the composition V1 and V2 being V1 the incoming and V2 the outgoing and the transition effect is only applied to V1 which is why I guess it doesnt affect the outgoing clip. Would be nice if the effect can transition between the two on say the lens wipe or swish pan transition.
