    I thought that might be the case. I have tried with a new name and even a different hard drive. I should try to clear vegas’s temp file. Still stumping me. I’ve had vegas since it was invented. I understand how these little qwerky things can happen. I’m sure there must be a solution. Thanks so much for your ideas and suggestions. I’m going to keep trouble shooting this.

    I can render in any other format fine. I was rendering in DNxHD great until I stopped a render mid way to use the computer for another ap. When I came back to render again vegas 12 would not even start the render. It would just sit on 0 frames and count percentages. I downloaded Vegas 13 and the demo rendered great but put watermaks on the video. I purchased the product thinking that my problem was solved with the advertised new handling of .mov file but the same problem came back with the fully opened product. Both 12 and 13 will not render my timeline from the beginning.
