Thanks for the reply. That’s not how it works in Sound Forge though, for me at least. All the tools are available at all times. There’s some issue with Vegas seeing the mastering suite. It does see Nectar Elements, but not the mastering suite.
As far as the mastering suite not being a plugin for Vegas, I don’t know, maybe that’s the issue. It shows up in Sound Forge as part of the plugin chain, under VST, and Vegas has the same structure and the same set of dialogs for finding and using plugins. See below, from Sound Forge
