  • 2. I need to display the timecode of all my tracks in the ‘program’ monitor, the way FCP does through its ‘Timecode Overlays’ function. I cannot find this capability in Premiere. (Need to see the timecode in real time of each track in the timeline at the current position.

    Go into the effects window and search for “timecode” its an effect that will overlay the timecode right over the footage. Hope this answers on of your questions.

    I have the factory installed Mac Pro card its a NVIDIA GeForce GT 120. I know its nothing special but its always worked fine for what I have done with it. I am running CS4 but will be upgrading to CS 5.5 and Quadro 4000 later this year.

    I have included a picture that shows what I am talking about I might try to find a screen capture video program so I can show you exactly what happens.
