The video clip is a .mov 640 X 480 shot with a canon G10 still camera.

I just need a step by step procedure on how to combine the images and this clip in while preserving the quality of the photos.

I figured its best now to export the images from Lightroom.

    1. What setting should I export the photos from LR…Ie SRGB, Bit, Size etc etc.

    2. I am creating a title card in Photoshop. What setting should I create & export this image in.

    3. What A/V setting should the sequence be in Final Cut. I don’t have the 422 codec, Where do I get it?

    4. How do I export for web? When I export the file, the size is huge. How do I compress?

Thanks..I now I’m a newbie just trying to figure out the best work flow

    2. What video Setting to I create my sequence in.

    2. When I export the sequence what codec do I use.
