I’ve read the manual that was my first step before I came here. And it made me clear which settings are the appropriate, to render a transparent composition. I’ve tried them several times with comps don’t containing particular plugin, and they worked of course:).

Sorry, for using the wrong expression in my first comment. I meant rendering of course.
By the way could somebody please explain me, how transparency grip works? THX again, and I’ll try the mentioned plugin!
