Yea, I thought I may be having some kind of issue with a decoder or something. I have 3 PCs and they all do the same thing. I tried different DVD manufactures (Verbatim & Sony) with no help.

I did build the dvd using the same drive. I wonder?

Thanks! I’m going to try on another DVD drive.

Okay, I’ll try the random pan & zoom feature to see what happens but I don’t know.

I say this because I built the same dvd using only 100 images (same transition & audio settings) and it worked fine. I went back to using 400 images and it starts the audio pause thing.

    Strange thing to me.

    Thanks!

    Thanks Darby and everyone else,

I think most replies to my question suggest I handle the one time text animation with two movies. One with the background & text animation and the other with static text.

    Makes sense to me 🙂

    I’ll give it a shot!

    Thanks everyone,

    Vince,

Thanks, the Effects Control> Motion> Scale to Zoom enhancement works great!

The video does get a little grainy but it works just like you said.

    Thanks Again!

Interesting, never thought of that. If you don’t mind another question please, say I have 40 images for a slideshow but would like to play 4 video clips between certain slides. For example, can I transition slide 15, create an end action for slide 15 and link it to a video timeline, then start the slideshow again starting at slide 16? If so, will the images and video be seamless?

    Thanks
