It is going to be aired on a local tv network with advertising being sold. Is it a difficult process to contact the record labels? Who at the label should I talk to? You have to get permission for each song? Are the major labels going to charge or do they want their music to be heard?

Thanks for the great info and the speedy response, Kim. 300 dpi does seem a little ridiculous now that I think about it. I’m glad I got that bad question out here before going to the print company. The link was nice too. Gave me a few things to think about while designing.
