Well it’s not a poster but it’s in photoshop.
Go Edit-keybord Shortcuts and in drop down list: Shortcuts for:Tools, it’s right there.

The turtorial says: select the Color Replacement tool, moved from that tool box to the brush tool box (right next to healing brush tool box) in CS2. The turtorial is a CS turtorial. They moved some of the tools in CS2.

Take a look at “Brushes-Control”-Penpressure?!
Could be that simple, just change that one.
