I do, however, they live 4 hours away. So I just figured I could export in a DVCproHD format and then convert it through iMovie, seeing how it exports as apple pro res HQ?

    Ok thanks for the info.

I guess the only question I have is, if I were to export it as H.264 and then converted it into a pro res file, would that work, or would I lose quality?

Are there any other suggestions you might have, to get it into a Pro Res Format? The reason I ask, is because it needs to be uploaded to iTunes.

    Thanks!

    Hey thanks for the reply!
Unfortunately I have the first issue of FCP from 2005. I’ve since sold that copy, seeing how it’s on the computer already. If I run a software update, will that effect any existing projects? If not, where would I go to do this?

    Thanks for the help!
