no you don’t under stand what i actually mean , when we use adobe flash we can rotate 2d characters like 3d (for example the character can turn around) i can’t do this in after effects how can i do it

I know I am tiring person but I want to know if it worth to build a new pc or just upgrade my current pc ???

But I want to know if the performance enhancement is big between this pc and my current pc
Cpu i5 750
Vga amd 5850
Ram 4 gigabytes
