that box does look nice but I would want something dedicated to p2, but I will definitely keep it on the list, I think your paying more because it handles all of those different interfaces when all I need is pcmcia

i looked into the wiebetech rtx200 and found this is probably perfect for me but i was wondering if i set it to raid 1, so that i could easily back up projects in two spots at once, will i still be able to keep its easily pop in, pop out functionality?

this may seem to be a stupid question but it is a concern.

has anyone have any experience with the caldigit hdelement hard drive.

I like the drive you posted walter but that is a little high in price.

i did find a good deal on a caldigit hd element though that includes a free 2 tb caldigit drive

and so i was wondering whether this product is worth buying or if i should stick to a maxx digital drive or a owc drive although i cannot find an 8 bay model but that is not that important to me.

what would be the best to edit off of the wiebetech rtx200 or the evo with raid 5?

i know though that i could use the rtx200 and save projects to separate drives

I am editing and saving hd content of p2 cards so having a harddrive for each project is a good idea but is there an external kind of bay of enclosure that i can just pop in a sata harddrive and pop it out when im done easily.
