    Not sure if this helps you or not, but I recently had to do a similar export for Nuke, which also imports ASCII files for tracker positions.

    All I did was copy/paste the keyframes from AE into notepad, and deleted the lines on top and bottom with all the intro info. Just kept the key data

    Then in Nuke I clicked the animation button on the tracker positions File > import time/value ASCII, selected the text file, default column settings.

    When it came in, the vertical info was flipped around the center of the canvas, so I had to select the curve and right click in the graph editor and do edit > move and set y to “(y*-1)+height”
    also the time was off by one frame, so set x to “x+1”

    It those last two bits of info point that AE doesn’t store tracker positions the same was as Nuke, and likely fusion either, so you’d probably have to do a similar flipping in fusion.
