    We run it pretty much the same way (not as frequently as you though).

    It looks like we’ll just have to find some better dongles then! It’s not like they are too expensive anyway.

    Thanks, we do have a few of those. At the moment we go through a HDMI to SDI converter that Blackmagic make. I was just hoping to find something to reduce the connections (and chances of signal loss).

    Hi Daniel,

    I have done exactly what you you are talking about in the past. I think I had to reboot each time I connected due to the eSata connection. It was a while ago though so things might have changed in that regard. I ended up getting a MacBook!

    One thing to try would be use adobe bridge to re-name all your files. Try putting all the files into one folder and do a batch re-name (under tools)

    You could then load it into premiere as one sequence.

    I’ve never actually tried this, but if I were to do it, this would be they way I’d go about it.
