  • yup it should all be working,

runned cs4 with continuum complete 5 on xp 64, running it now since a few days on W7 64 bits, CS4 and complete 5. Still slow to change timeline once cc5 filters are applied, still have to wait up to 10 seconds to change filter presets despite a soupped up machine: quad core cranked up at 3.2g and 8gigs of Ram.

yes DSLR do a great job, we just shot a big budget music video with 3 MK2 D5 when we had largely the money to shoot with the Red and Zeiss ultraprime glass, (I shot contless time with that setup and love it) but we are extremely happy with the result of the mk2. Those DSLRs are changing the game for mid to low budjet productions.
I run a souped up/overclocked quad core 8 gigs of RAM and 8 terra RAID and I still struggle with h264 on the timeline, the only way to work with it is to convert to ful res, which can be a very lenghly process even with a fast machine, only down side of those DSLRs.

    YUP CORRECT!

had the exact same problem, followed the procedure mentioned above and found out that I had as well a disabled clip F***kin up my timeline. I remembered after that the problem happened just after I disabled that clip! so don´t just disable them, get rid of em!
