Hey, thanks for replying everyone.

The psd isn’t a comp but a mere layer, so it’s not about the collapse transformation.

Also, it seems that the pds layer is indeed a 2d layer, however it will be impossible to convert it into a 3d layer because of the following:

There is an effect applied to the psd file that allows it to rotate in relation to the composition camera, even though it being a 2d layer.

If I convert it into a 3d layer, AE goes wild by saying effects can only be applied to 2d layers.

I think this means it’s unfixable 😛 Unless anyone else has any suggestions?
