Im all for sending it in, but I just want to make sure its not a user error and more of a camera issue. Is there a second opinion I could get, possibly from a sales rep?

You would be using the HD-SDI terminals on the ex line.
Each line needs to feed into a switcher. That switcher then needs to feed out to the HD moniters.

With an HD-SDI you’re limited to about 300ft, unless you boost the signal.

You need to tell us, what the moniter inputs are. That will then guide you to the board you need. Also the distance you plan on running bewteen you and the switcher. I used to do live events but we used triax.

A board like this with 4 HD-SDI inputs would do. It just depends on your budget. *i just quickly googled one, I dont endorse this product*

it says Media Error (cannot use media A). The same error occurs when I try to play it, as well as record on it. It will not let me format the disk in the camera.

I shot the footage at 55kThen I reset everything and the gain went to 0db. The light difference was me white balancing the footage from 55k to 32k you saw. Still grain, It makes for bad keys, and I do alot of keying. I am very worried.

Yup, I can read it using the express card slot on my macpro but when I insert it into the camera it gives an error. Its just useless. I tried reformatting it through the computer but it still doesnt work.

I have been using the sandisk ultra II for about 8months without any problem. The sony card that came with the camera is already dead 🙁 I just purchased the Matrox MX02 LE to get 4:2:2 out of the camera should be arriving this week. Convergence was just too pricey for me.

The grain still appears, after a reset. Here is the file before the reset
