If you look at the bottom of the tape, there are four od the smallest screws you’ve ever seen in your life. Use an eyeglass screwdriver, and a small one at that, and you can take it apart. Be very careful, as you will drop parts from the middle if you aren’t. You also may want to press on the green piece on the bottom and see if that releases things.
