I'm a tech entrepreneur with degrees and experience in both engineering and business. I've done software engineering, but also worked with hardware in and out of school. In my earlier days I used to draw a lot and won some art competitions, and as a sci-fi geek and a maker I tinkered with all kinds of tech from rockets to electronics to personal aircraft. These days I'm using my knowledge and experience in art, technology, and business to design a series of products for my new venture into the world of Internet of Things and the Wearable Tech. I see these two hot trends as paradigm shifters and I'm excited to take advantage of this opportunity to do something great.
In my spare time I like to learn new things and spend my time reading, learning, or working with my hands on a project to solve some problem. I'm a lifetime member of TechShop, an industrial facility for the Maker community of inventors and craftsmen that I wholeheartedly support. My eclectic personality covers a wide scope of interests and has me exploring different things in life. This helps me to see the big picture and often identify some elements of it that others might miss. I love big ideas and if you catch me at a meetup or over a cup of coffee (tea, in my case) I'd love to discuss them!
