Hi,

I have a licensed FCS2 installed in one of the edit suites. One of our editor unknowingly installed his personal copy in the edit suite he is using but used the same licensed i installed. Since they are in a network, either one of them can be used because it doesn’t allow to use the same license.

I have a new FCS2 license now but during installation, the window to enter the license is not there. How can i enter the new license? I tried to uninstall but when i reinstalled it, it’s the same thing. How can i completely uninstall it.
