I’m sorry but your answer Adobe is not addressing the problem. “Nesting a sequence” is completely to creating a “sub sequence”. Adobe Premiere Pro lacks the sub-sequence feature that Final Cut Pro and Avid Media Composer have and editors swear by.

For Adobe to try and say that yes it does by “nesting” is wrong and misleading.

Nesting is described as: Putting one sequence inside another sequence is called nesting a sequence.

Sub-sequence is describe as: Creating a new independent sequence from an in and out range from an existing sequence.

I hope Adobe Premiere Pro brings this much need feature into its software soon!
