Yes Sir. Should I open the file in adobe premiere and resize the picture, and then export it?

The files are using XVID codec….. so what should I do?

By the way I also forgot to mention, they are 640×480, so I need to do something about the dimensions before importing them to encore, please tell me what to do!

P.S. I have CCE SP2 to encode, but if you say theres no need….then ok!
