I think this double clicking is grand.
If you want to adjust the top clip you do not have to select the clip anymore, just hover your playhead over the clip in the timeline and double click in the PM.

It works perfectly but it is still at your own risk.

The script will set preferences to CS5.5 when CS6 also has been installed.

Scale to frame size will cause quality loss.
It depends on what you find acceptable.
Instant HD by Red Giant will scale your footage up nicely.

That is correct. Last installed show the icons.
There is a script that lets you change the icons.
I will see if the person who wrote it will let me publish it.

The i frame only mpeg codec is just for preview on the timeline.
When you export your movie from Premiere do not use Match Sequence Settings as it will use this codec.
Choose a preset or set everything manually.
