    I call it the wholesale market . Staging companies are prime for this. For them to sell the bigger gigs, content is king . In many cases the staging/AV company does not have the resources you offer in house. What they do have is sales people ,clients and an accounting department.

    Take a stroll through the yellow pages , small to medium companies are best. Contact them and show them what you got.

    The bonus is they get what you do.

    First things first. Deposit? Contract?

    Depending on the client and the other work that maybe involved ( editing) . I charge as little as half my day rate for travelling and hanging around, to as much as my full day rate.

  • My suggestion would be that you use white on black with a big bold font. Yellow on blue also works well.
