ffmeg2theora is available only through the command line interface, and it is supposed to be good for batch conversions, though I have yet to learn how, but perhaps you will have more luck. The link below is some examples of tags you could use.
Panasonic HMC150. The checkbox solution worked but my secondary question is in regards to actually incorporating the footage into the sequence. The rest of the project is at 30P (as is the sequence the footage is in) but when I drop the clip into the sequence and reduce the speed it is clear that frame blending is being used. How do I get that smooth slow motion effect for just that clip in my sequence? Thank you all for your help!
Alright here are the details. Shot in 720 at 60P, recorded in avchd. Brought in via log and transfer and the browser window confirms that the footage is being changed to 30P. Not quite sure what is going wrong.
Does it make a difference if it was shot at 720? I am just stunned that for $1000 I cannot bring in 60P and use it how I wish without seeking the aid of external applications.
