Since starting at the BBC in 1984 I have edited numerous broadcast documentaries on a whole range of subjects. I have also edited broadcast animations and dramas. I still love the challenges of the work I do and the talented people I work with.

To me editing is a collaborative process and it is my job to craft the director’s vision into the best programme within the limitations of the time allowed and the material available. I am motivated with the unique delights and challenges each new project brings. I love the variety of work and the exceptional directors and crew with whom I have collaborated. I bring an intuitive, pragmatic approach to editing and am very proud of the films that I have edited.
