Hello just stumbled upon your question I have been waiting over a month for mine to be answered!. I have CS4 and it has liquify in exactly same place as before… if that is any help.

Hello if anyone has as much trouble as me finding 3d models to put on photoshop I can hopefully help you ! I was told that people actually used these forums! .

It appears I am the only person here who knows you need to download google sketchup and download 3 d models through that for photoshop!

Easy solved !

However does anyone have any idea to paint on them ?>

Update Still trying to find 3d Models I have scoured the internet google 3d warehouse does not work, does anyone have any further suggestions on where to get 3d objects for photoshop?

Photoshop CS4 or any earlier version is the best for this type of activity

Found out how to do this yesterday, you need to save as a mov file… quicktime I think. On the export options before rendering click straight alpha channel.

If this is then imported on vegas it will still show a black background however if you right click on the clip, then properties…then change the channel to alpha straight as in photoshop and low and behold it will now have a transparent background!! I hope this helps others I spent 5 days searching for the solution! People kept saying export to alpha channel (but which one) lol …. Anyway happy as can be now. Photos seem to open as psd’s fine with transparent backgrounds.

I agree all I want is a few more 3d models to work with other than that provided but I cannot find any free files on the internet and cannot find any answers on forums.
Did a cool animation with the Hat object and put video on it etc…. But when I exported the background was black rather than transparent …. if anyone has any ideas on any of these points this would be great.
