Check this out. It’s a AE project files that includes a hand with multiple state (angles) that vary depending on the direction the hand null is moved.

Seems like it might be the ticket if you want a hand that looks more real than a static hand just moving around.

I’m sure you will have seen it before as an AE user but the Cinema tutorials are awesome.

I’ve done a lot of training through different websites and training facilities and I honestly think GSG are the easiest to follow along with while still being informative.

I don’t know why people are making this problem seem harder than it is.

I had the same problem and with no help from this forum I fixed it.

Check the frame rate of your comp. Make sure that the playback on the preview/render is the same frame rate as your comp.

Job done.
