Hi,

I bought the smaller RocketRAID 3122 controller. However I could get this one to lock up the system within 30 min of use. I have once replaced the card and I have also returned the replacement.

However I have found an other thread:

indicating that the problem is that HighPoint can not handle files larger than 1 GB.

This could very likely be the cause for my problems. Unfortunate I can not test this hypothesis, since I have returned my card.

This might be worth trying out. Can your installations handle files larger than 1GB?
