Now, I just found out that the deliverable is going to be in standard definition. The dub house will not take a file and will only accept NTSC 4 x 3 on digibeta, dvc pro, etc. Is there an easy conversion process using Premiere on a pc? This PC workstation has no other encoding applications on it except adobe media encoder.
