Sorry, no luck with the Waves plugins in Premiere Pro!
Even if Adobe claims the oposite, it is not possible to use the Waves plugins simply because they are not real VST plugins!
They are DirectX instead and they use a propriatery adaptor the “waves shell” that makes the host believe they are genuine VST plugs. But you can’t fool PremierePro. Imho it is waves’ fault, not Adobe’s.

Godd luck with other fine plugins like URS, Nomad Blue tube that work fine with PPro.
