It looks like a lot of your sub folders and assets share the same name. AE is trying to differentiate between these items with the same name by adding a modifier (the number) to the end, so you know it’s two different things

In case you’re not getting exactly what you wanted, try the mesh distortion. A lot more control there, including the ability to warp small portions of your frame.
