????????????????????
Honestly, guys, you made my day !! ????
However, after writing this post, I kept experimenting with the particles. And yes, the particles are supposed to be blue-colored light particles but even the color doesn’t make them appear. So what I did is stack a few layers on top of one another (since the particles are mostly semi-transparent) and added a glow. That way they kind of showed up, but in a weird messed-up way, so I recolored them with using Video Copilots Color Vibrance instead of relying just on the Trapcode Particular’s coloring and then used a few other minor tricks to make the particles look better and sent a test render to the client. Surprisingly, he loved it! So I guess the case is closed.
THANK YOU FOR THE FAST REPLIES !!!
I knew that the light particles would be a huge problem and told the client that before I even started the project, but at some point, I started doubting my competence on the matter and your fast replies helped me with that, so again.. THANK YOU !!! -
Yes, that’s exactly what I’ve been trying to explain to the customer but it doesn’t help ????

Actually, the cache folder is on an internal HDD, so the USB is not the problem here. As for the timeline dropping – isn’t that the same as “telling” it to play it in half resolution, which I already tried?

It’s not that. At first I only had 16GB of RAM, put the right way so the dual channel would work normally and some time after that I bought a lower latency 32GB RAM and put them on the other channel. I know it doesn’t matter that it’s a lower latency since the other 16GB are still there, but they both work normally at the speeds of the slower, it’s just that I got a great deal on the new 32GB and decided that some day I might buy another 32GB low latency and then it’ll work at the higher speeds.
So anyway, it’s not the RAM, but thank you, it really was a good guess! I think it may be a USB issue because the drive is always at 100% usage when playing back. I only don’t get it why the others don’t get the same problem, we’re all using USB3 after all -
The footage is on an 8TB LACIE and a 3TB WD, both connected with USB 3.0. But that doesn’t really matter since the project runs ok on other PCs

I really doubt this is going to help you but still.. You can try “save as”… gif instead of “export as”.. gif. Let me know if this actually helped because I’d be… surprised…

I haven’t tried the support yet, I wanted to see if anyone else had the same problem and the way they solved it

Thank YOU !!!
I didn’t know there are two “A1″s there. It worked! -
Sorry, I’m trying to fix this for months, It’s noe easy.. 🙁

Checked all of that. The problem is somewhere deeper. When I create a new sequence from a file I have both video and audio of that file. Then if I try to put the same video on the timeline (second copy of it) right next to the first one – the second one comes with no audio.
