Following up the issue:

I’ve managed to the colored background that I wanted by using a clone layer with Motion 5.
1. Open FCPX Title project.
2. Make a clone layer of the text layer.
3. Add effect ‘Basic Frame (note: Translated from Japanese effect name, so it could be different.)’ to the clone layer.
4. Set the width of the frame line to 100.

It looks ok, but it only covers inside of the text frame, that means no paddings.
Still appreciate help.
