Well, what if I took a radial blur set to zoom, and I changed the center position? I’d do that on a layer above the original image, so that I can fade the top layer to the normal one below it. As the animatio progresses, I would decrease the zoom length and then just fade to the regular image, or just decrease it until I have the image (no fade).

Yes, I know there are plugins that do this very well… unfortunately, I am not rich, and I cannot afford $1,000 plugins, hence why I said I needed a FREE AC3 encoder.
