Sadly (but happily because it’s closure and resolution) the answer to all of the above is Yes.

Re-editing is not the end of the world, time consuming but this is a lesson I won’t forget in a hurry.

When I say AAF I am referring to a ‘playlist’ of clips – sequences – that refer to the original footage, used for multi system, multi-tool changeover (PluralEyes/ProTools etc.)
So, what I meant to say was – will my sequences update with the newly added audio tracks as long as my subclips are identically named? But the impression I’ve received from your message is No.
