    Hi Bouke,

    Thanks for the response, I have to apologise though I’m not sure I understand what you’re alluding to?
    After clicking on “Import Caption Data” and I select the file nothing comes up with regards to what will happen. I then press “Open” and nothing happens on the timeline. I also made sure the playhead is at the start of the sequence when importing (as Michael suggested) and this didn’t help.
    I would try the other options but I don’t really have the time or money.
    If you’re willing to take a look at the file though that would be great! Do I message it you on here? I’m not entirely sure how to do that.

    I should also point out that just before this, I exported an AAF for Da Vinci Resolve and there were no problems at all. So it seems to be specifically audio related.

    Hi Glenn,

    Unfortunately none of the suggestions helped. The project is on the external hard drive though, would that have something to do with it?

    Okay cool. We won’t be zooming in by 10-15%. We are doing between 6-8% and the track is currently quite slow. From what we can see, there hasn’t been a huge change in the quality so I think we’re alright. As you say, it can be up to our discretion as to what we’re willing to tolerate.

    Thanks for the responses!

    @Jeff Pulera

    With this method, do I need to do that for each individual title? As we have a fair few that occur throughout the video and it seems as though that might take quite a while to do? It would be much easier to have them all ready in one file just to place into AVID.

    @Dave LaRonde

    There is no audio in the Premiere Pro timeline, I’ve only just used it for titles. I only had the video from the sequence in AVID as a reference point.

    That’s fixed it! Still none the wiser as to what the original error was but no matter, it works now.

    Thanks John.

    Okay I will try that. Will AVID automatically reconstruct the folder or do I need to follow up this with another action to recreate it?

    Hi Michael

    Sorry, I forgot to mention in my original post. In the files of type section I selected ‘Sony XAVC_XDCAM (*.mxf)’ for all the computers and I got the same result.
