It’s a server, jwplayer, video format issue dealing with the way the jwplayer reacts when a flv video is not setup for pseudo straming.

This may be the cast with the video you are viewing, however the majority of the videos are scrubbable. What video(s) do you see have this issue?

You should be able to upload poster frame images and the square thumbnail picon images for your videos now. These controls are found under the “Set Poster Frame” button on your videos.
